Applications, Permits, and Other Submissions
The new portal has a list of applications, permits and other submissions that you can submit to Richland County. Once you find what you want to submit click the “Start” button to begin the process.
Access the Richland County Citizen Portal site and register your account. Once you confirm your e-mail, you will have access to submit applications, permits, and more. Please contact the Zoning Department for more information. The County wants to work with you to make your project a success for both you and the entire community.
